Anyone who is a Del Rey stakeholder (lives, works, own property, or belongs to a community organization in Del Rey) can vote.

You may request a Vote By Mail ballot from the City Clerk between January 25 and March 7, 2023.

There are two ways that you can request a ballot:

Apply at the On-line VBM PORTAL (Videos: Portal Instructions)

Complete and return a VBM paper application

Per the Del Rey Neighborhood Council By-Laws, voters must submit documentation showing stakeholder status/eligibility. If you are submitting a paper application to request a ballot, then you must also provide a copy of your documentation.

RETURN YOUR BALLOT

There are two ways to return your ballot; either way - no postage is necessary!

Drop off your completed ballot at a designated Ballot Drop Box; they will open at 9:00am on Friday (June 4th) and close at 8:00pm on Election Day (June 8th).

Glen Alla Park has a drop-box between the restrooms and playground.

Use the BALLOT DROP-BOX LOCATOR to find another that may be closer to you.

Mail your completed ballot at a US Post Office. Mailed ballots must be postmarked by June 8th and received by the City Clerk by June 18th.
