The Del Rey Neighborhood Council represents thousands of stakeholders who live, work, own property and contribute to the Del Rey community. The DRNC is empowered by the City of Los Angeles through the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment (DONE) as an office advisory committee to the Mayor and City Council of Los Angeles. Through the efforts of the volunteers on the DRNC Board of Directors, the DRNC works together with the people of Del Rey to improve the Del Rey community. By focusing on community issues like development, traffic, public safety, seniors and community events, the DRNC strives to enrich the Del Rey community.

Del Rey stretches from Lincoln boulevard on the west to the 405 Freeway on the east. From Jefferson boulevard on the south to Washington boulevard on the north.
