A. Motion to recommend a contribution of $500 to the Del Rey Residents Association for support of the annual Fiesta Del Rey which benefits emergency response preparedness in Del Rey.
B. Motion to recommend support of the proposed renovation of the Villa Marina Marketplace.
C. Motion to recommend support of the new landscape design proposal at Villa Marina Marketplace to remove the mexican fan palms and replace them with mature phoenix dactiylefera’s.
D. Motion to recommend support of the 28 condo project at 11900 – 11914 Courtleigh to not widen Kensington and not remove the date palm on the west side of Kensington.
E. Motion to recommend support that the City of Los Angeles review the DEIR for the Hines/Bergamot Project and recommend support for a master EIR for the Bergamot Area LAN.
